On February 22nd, Senator Bateman from District 16 introduced a bill that, if passed, will permit the sale of home-baked goods under certain circumstances. This is fantastic news for NJ home bakers! You can read the entire proposed bill here. The bill was given the number S2734. That is important to remember because you now need to write your legislatures again and show your support. You can write or e-mail them a quick note that says you are in favor of or support bill S2734. It will only take a few moments and will help a ton.
